A gut renovation and expansion of an older home in collaboration with J.P. Franzen Associates. The floor plan was reconfigured to meet the needs of a family with young children. On the first floor, walls were repositioned to create a larger, open kitchen with an island and a mudroom with additional storage closets and a powder bath. Upstairs, rooms were reconfigured to create en-suite bathrooms for all secondary bedrooms, a new laundry room, primary suite, and a finished third floor.
